Lead Cardiac Nurse

• Inspire and lead team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused cardiac care.
• Provide specialist knowledge to maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage operational and clinical mobilisations, ensuring seamless transitions for mobile cardiac services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service to meet operational targets.
• Ensure clinical governance, compliance, and safety standards are met across all units.

• A Registered Nurse with NMC registration, experienced in cardiac catheter lab environments.
• Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptable in a fast-paced and mobile setting.
• Clinical expertise in cardiac procedures and a desire for continuous professional development (CPD).
• Flexibility to travel across the UK and manage clinical requirements at short notice.

• BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing or equivalent.
• Competency in IV drug administration and cannulation.
• Experience in both NHS and private healthcare settings would advantageous.
