Regional Operations Manager

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Endoscopy team, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a home based role with travel to sites, supporting our static services across the Central and Southeast of England. As a Operations Manager with InHealth, you will hold CQC registered manager status, providing leadership excellence for a multi-disciplinary team, to deliver a high standard Endoscopy service.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for the quality and safety of your service(s) as the Registered Manager (CQC)
• Cultivate and nurture your team(s) to deliver a high standard Endoscopy service across multiple and/or complex contracts
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide clear operational and strategic leadership, inspiring and motivating your team(s)
• Complete local reporting and maintain oversight and responsibility of local capacity and demand requirements

About you:

• Knowledgeable on the healthcare sector, in particular Endoscopy and the role it has to play within local health systems
• Previous operational management experience within the healthcare sector and a proven track record of leading a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of designing and delivering operational processes and efficiencies for clinical services
• The ability to coach and develop staff members to achieve professional development while engaging and motivating them to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Confident prioritising conflicting demands successfully through developed organisational and time management skills
• Experience of improving the quality of care across CQC regulated services.
