At InHealth, we are proud to be an accredited provider of hearing services across the UK, delivering GP direct referral, patient-centred audiology care. Our services include specialist balance assessments and wax removal, offered in GP surgeries and community hospitals, ensuring timely diagnosis and ongoing support for patients with hearing and balance concerns.
Your Role as an Audiologist
As an Audiologist at InHealth, you will conduct standard and complex adult hearing assessments, ensuring best-practice audiology techniques are followed. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, working within a friendly and supportive team while maintaining the highest professional and technical standards.
What You’ll Do:

Perform audiological procedures in line with clinical guidelines.

Process and triage patient referrals according to modality protocols.

Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment and take appropriate action when needed.

Ensure patient care respects individual values, beliefs, and preferences.

Maintain safe and effective practice in line with company policies.

Assist with patient bookings as required.

Keep patient records up to date and accurate.

Stay current with professional competencies and CPD.

Report incidents and complaints in accordance with company procedures.

Monitor essential stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Comply with Data Protection regulations.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of an audiologist’s role in patient care and team collaboration.

Computer literacy with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of Data Protection regulations and the Caldicott Principles.

Training in infection control, manual handling, patient transfer, and health and safety.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Audiological Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent qualification.

BAA/BSA Part 1 & Part 2 certification.
-
Membership with RCCP, BAA, HCPC, or another relevant professional body.
