About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital team on a full-time permanent basis. In this vital role, you’ll ensure the continued development of Business Analysis, driving process improvement and delivering real value across the organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and applying our Business Analysis framework through a structured and best practice approach. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll ensure accurate documentation, effective business engagement, and support continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to InHealth’s operational success and strategic goals.

This role will be predominantly remote, but there will be an expectation to attend adhoc meetings at InHealth sites, and our head office in Beaconsfield. 
 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the documentation of business processes, capturing current (“As Is”) and future (“To Be”) states.
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and 1-to-1 sessions to understand requirements.
  • Act as a key advisor to Subject Matter Experts, to define the functional aspects of systems.
  • Create robust and clear documentation to support vendor and product selection.
  • To construct and present complex data models
  • Support bids and tenders with detailed documentation of workflows and processes.
  • To work closely with the Project Managers and various IT teams to provide appropriate support and subject matter expertise across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular, accurate status updates and reporting on ongoing activities.
  • Attend and contribute to workshops, project meetings, and external customer/supplier interactions.

About You

You’ll be an experienced and analytical Business Analyst, passionate about process improvement and stakeholder engagement. With over 5 years of experience in business analysis within medium to large enterprises, you’re confident working with complex data models and application stacks, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into actionable insights.

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience delivering business analysis in large organisations.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector - essential 
  • Excellent documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a best practice environment (ITIL), under strict change management processes.
  •  Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and PRINCE2 best practices.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Knowledge of Information Governance standards such as ISO27001.
  • Qualifications such as IIBA CBAP/CCBA, BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, or a degree in a relevant field.
  • Exposure to requirements management software.
